The Grahall Online Job Evaluation System (GoJes) Levels

The Grahall Online Job Evaluation System (GoJes) has many different levels of detail and can be used interchangeably by the same organization. The key difference between the various job evaluation systems is that they require and collect increasingly detailed information about the position under review.

GTS 3 Grahall Trifurcation System The job evaluation system uses the Grahall trifurcation system and assigns points to each level of three factors 1) problem solving and authority, knowledge required and organization accountability.
GFS 10 Grahall Factor System This job evaluation system follows the Grahall point factor system and assigns points to each level of ten core factors such as decision making, planning, supervision, creativity, leadership, project management and contacts for example and determines a final point score for each position.
GCS 25 Grahall Competency System The competency based job evaluation system utilizes 25 standardized competencies to evaluate a positions requirements and overall point score.
GDS 50 Grahall Dimension System The dimension job evaluation system uses more than 50 job characteristics to evaluate a position’s requirements and provides for an overall point score.
